From the famed Antigua region in the active Fuego volcano in Guatemala, this coffee grows at the high altitude of 5,000 ft rooted in the rich volcanic soil, producing a sweet and fruity flavor profile of with chocolate overtones and a strong floral aroma. The washed process compliments its mild acidity and medium body for a delicious coffee that can hold up to the intensity of an espresso or the smoothness of a pour-over, french press or drip. Guatemalans, and especially this coffee, can hold up at any roast level, but we think the coffee really shines at a light profile.
