We are very proud to present you the 2021/2022 crop of Halu Pink Banana. As we cupped it, we feel that this year's crop has a lot of complexity in the sweetness such as Cotton Candy, Raw Honey, Milk Chocolate and Molasses with a very silky body. The malic acidity of Banana still present with the addition of citric acidity of Orange. Such a special coffee! Coffee from West Java is always very sweet and memorable. It's safe to say everybody will love it. This coffee from Mount Halu, West Java, is not an exception. It has all the lovely characteristics of West Java coffee, plus something that not every origin can have: special post-processing by specialized coffee processor that actually care about the coffee. We are working meticulously with the processor that has been working together with us for 4 years now. Constantly giving feedback so we can improve the coffee progressively from this processor and from this particular process.
