About This Coffee

Tabi is a more rare varietal that originated in Colombia in the early 2000’s to help combat a rust leaf attack. There is much elusiveness/mystique surrounding the varietal when talking to farmers in the country, but when you find a great lot like this one from El Mirador you understand why. Extremely juicy and funky in a fun way, this is a great unique treat.
