Direct trade and micro-lot are terms thrown around a lot in coffee without meaning or impact being clear across the spectrum of their use. The farmers are members of the AGPROCEM co-op and work with Cedro Alto, a coffee farmers collective. Cedro Alto connects coffee producers more directly with roasters.
