Triborough is our full bodied, medium roasted Moka Java blend. This blend is meant to shine as espresso as well as drip coffee or manual pour over. We carefully select organically grown (but not necessarily certified) coffees to make this coffee an all natural crowd pleaser for as many palettes as possible. We source these coffees from direct relationships with Beneficio San Marcos in Honduras and Dung K’No Cooperative in Vietnam. These two coffees balance each other in such a unique way that sets Triborough apart from all other blends in its class.
