The Brazil Cascavel Verde coffee beans come from a Brazilian cooperative that offers sustainable and consistent quality coffee. The coffee beans grow at an altitude of 800 to 1100 meters and consist of several varieties. The processing method is Pulped Natural, resulting in a sweet coffee with flavors of dark chocolate, almonds and caramel. The name Cascavel Verde means green rattlesnake in Portuguese. The rattlesnake is essential for the coffee ecosystem. The rattlesnake eats rodents and other small animals. They keep these pests far away from the coffee fields where they can cause great damage by nestling in the roots of the coffee tree.
