Coffees are delivered in cherry form by producers who own an average of 1.5 hectares of land, with about 2,500 coffee trees per hectare maximum. Although this offering is not traceable down to a single variety, it is comprised of Arusha, Bourbon, and Typica — the most commonly cultivated varieties in this region.
