The Pampojila farm is in the Solola district of Santa Barbara municipality, near the Atitlan volcano. The proximity of the farm to the volcano enables the richness of the volcanic soil to be utilized. Alex Herrera bought the farm after Hurricane Agatha in 2012. Due to the storm, all production was stopped and the machines were damaged, but as a result of his hard work, he restarted production and provided hundreds of families with jobs. There are red caturra type coffee trees on 250 hectares of this farm, which has an area of ​​500 hectares between 1250-1720 meters.
