The ESSENCE of Alma may just be our espresso roast. Perfectly balanced between sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, we use essence at our pop-up café for all of our favorite hot and cold espresso drinks. Don't be afraid to try essence if you don't have an espresso machine, however: we also frequently use this roast in a drip brewer or french press to enjoy the smooth essence of flavors such as dark chocolate, rich caramel, and roasted almonds.
