About This Coffee

It is in Ethiopia, the original cradle of Arabicas, and on the high mountainous plateaus of the Yirgacheffe region, just south of the capital Addis Ababa, that our nugget Biloya grows. Produced within a cooperative that manages the washing station of the same name, the cherries of our Arabica are fermented in sealed tanks saturated with carbon dioxide, whole, directly at harvest and then dried according to a natural process, controlled by perfection by our farmer-producers. And it is largely this process, in addition to the fertile ground on which our nugget grows, which makes it truly unique.
