El Refugio was also a coffee we received at SCA Portland, from our friend Jitka of In Conexus. This coffee, along with Las Palmas, is a delicious natural, bursting with fruit. Look for ripe citrus, berries, and watermelon. This lot is more of a "pure" natural process in that the coffee cherry is simply dried on beds without any soaking fermentation step as found in anaerobic processes.
