About This Coffee

Coffee of the Yellow Bourbon variety produced by Fazenda Sertão in the South of Minas Gerais. This grain underwent a post-harvest process with yeast-induced fermentation. Very tasty and with an exotic acidity, this coffee has sensory notes of red fruits and plums.
