Subtle & Delicate There's nothing like a classic, washed Ethiopian coffee to welcome the summer. This one tastes like sweet tea with citrus and a note of sweet apricot. Named for its original owner’s bear-like rescue dog, Kuma Coffee has found a forever home in Downtown Seattle. Since 2008, this local favorite has evolved from a garage roastery to working on state-of-the-art, eco-friendly equipment and purchasing coffee direct from origin at above market price. Location: Seattle, WA Fun Fact: Meaning bear in Japanese, Kuma is named for its founder’s big shaggy rescue dog.
