About This Coffee
This Single Origin Brazilian Peaberry is excellent as espresso, however it’s deep cocoa flavors paired with hints of lingonberry and hazelnut make for an excellent filter coffee as well. A pulped natural coffee comes to us via a direct trade relationship with the farmer Sergio Dias one of the owners of JC Farms. From the Farmer // ‘Sergio Junqueira Dias & Anita Dias Stiansen Ibraim Chaib de Sousa and Marly Dias de Sousa We are 3rd and 4th generation coffee growers, bringing great Brazilian coffees direct from our farms, to coffee roaster throughout North America. Our farms are located in Carmo de Minas, MG Brazil. JC Coffee farms is part of the Cocarive coop in Mantiqueira de Minas region, and supports the cooperative sales efforts in the USA market.
