About This Coffee

Nyarusiza is one of two washing stations run by Buf Cafe, an organization known for exemplary quality and many Cup of Excellence wins. The washing station processes coffee from somewhere in the neighborhood of 700 producers who grow their coffee in the surrounding lush mineral-rich hillsides. This 100% Bourbon lot was first sorted by floating before being pulped, dry fermented, and then dried on raised beds.
