About This Coffee

Coffee cherries are grown and processed at Frinsa Estate in West Java. The coffee fruit is inoculated with lactobacillus culture, a fermentation method that uses lactobacillus probiotic anaerobically, mimicking the digestive system of luwak or civet. Therefore, producing coffee with a unique “kopi luwak” taste but with a much cleaner feel.
