Catuai Varietal, White Honey Process We're thrilled to introduce our latest addition to the Single Origin line up—this incredible Costa Rican coffee from the Bararantes Family of farmers in the Terrazú region! With bright acidity, notes of sweet peaches, mango, and blackberries, this light roast captures everything we love about high-altitude Costa Rican coffees. When our Founder Jeff Babcock first cupped this coffee on his last trip to Costa Rica, he knew right away it was something special. It absolutely delivers on that promise. The balance of vibrant acidity, natural sweetness, and a smooth, well-rounded mouthfeel make it an exceptional choice for this year’s holiday season. "Our roasters have really brought out the best in this one—it’s a coffee that truly sings." - Jeff Babcock Farm: Cerro la Cruz, owned and operated by the Bararantes Family Country of origin: Costa Rica, Terrazú Region Altitude: 1,600 - 1,900 meters above sea level Varietal: Catuai Process: White Honey Cupping Notes: Mango, Blackberry, Nectarine, Peach.
