Espresso is a mixture of 100% dark-fried Arabica from two regions of Brazil — Sul de Minas and Mojiana natural treatments. Dense coffee with the taste of fried nuts, cookies and nougat. Brazil — the most popular coffee in Russia for espresso. For this mixture, we decided to mix two similar Brazils from two different regions in order to stabilize the taste of coffee as much as possible throughout the year and preserve everything, for which they love coffee from this country — high sweetness and density and a minimum level of acidity. This mixture is part of our line of coffee for milk drinks and is fried a little darker than the rest of our coffee for espresso. We specifically selected the roasting profile so that the espresso made from this coffee is the perfect foundation for cappuccino, latte and other milk coffee drinks. To do this, we roast coffee on Loring convection growths on special profiles — very quickly in the first half of the roasting and slowly in the second. Thus, we maximize the time of caramelization and grain development. The result is a very dense and sweet coffee with virtually no acidity — the perfect foundation for the perfect cappuccino!
