About This Coffee

Monochrome is an entry into our core whole bean offerings featuring the blend of beans in our House Blend roasted to a darker level. A careful development phase during roasting allows us to retain bright flavors while introducing bolder notes of fudge, walnut, and hints of clove without overly carbonic or bitter notes typical of less precise roasts. This is a beautiful introduction to our coffee program that carries more familiar flavor notes while retaining plenty of brightness and sweetness to please the most discerning aficionado.
