Our friends at Sucafina Specialty Coffee describe this lot as a "happy result of extreme weather". We couldn't agree more! This coffee is an excellent example of a pivot by the producer when heavy rainfall and humidity during harvest and drying threatened the complexity and quality of the final coffee. Asman Arianto utilized an extended drying time which resulted in a coffee with big juicy notes of Sirah Grape, Coconut Sugar, and Red Cherries.
