This is a neat opportunity to taste a Natural and Washed process from the same origin and producer. I wasn't supposed to have this bean, but someone accidentally put a box of it in my Natural skids (so this is extremely limited). This has been roasted exactly like the ZD Natural. Filter brews and very mild and balanced with tea like qualities, notes of peach and jasmine. Turbo shots are definitely where this shines - big juicy shots with peach up front, morphing into jasmine and honeysuckle, with a plummy finish. City roast. Indigenous landraces and cultivars, washed process, sun-dried on raised beds, milled, screened to 15-16 only, and hand picked to zero defects, produced by smallholder farmers surrounding the Wuri Station in the Worka-Sakaro kebele, Gedeb District, Gedeo Zone, 2050-2100m
