Last batch roasted April 30th 2025 La Reserva is back, and this year we opted for this exceptionally clean and juicy washed Sidra lot. Expect a juicy, clean cup loaded with stonefruit and tropical character. Coffee flavor profile: - Plum, pomegranate, cherry. - Acidity: tropical - Sweetness: jammy - Body: tropical Brewing evaluation: - Rest: 30+ days recommended - Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a bright and tropical cup that is very clean and sharp, with a lingering tropical sweetness to finish. Dominated by dark fruits and finishing very clean. - We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes. why we do it We carefully choose our coffees and roast them with the intent of bringing out the best of their inherent flavors. We work with others who share our high regard for coffee, and strive to make meaningful impacts with our part in the story of coffee.
