About This Coffee
An excellent Coffee from Guji Adola in southern Ethiopia joins the lineup. It is an area with complex geographical changes such as plateaus, valleys, and plains, and the geological features are excellent conditions for producing high-quality coffee due to the black soil rich in nutrients and the large temperature difference between day and night due to the high altitude. We are also focusing on efforts that are rooted in the region, dividing the farm into four sections, and along with managing our own farm, we will also refine the cherry of small producers in the surrounding area. ā” This lot is subjected to 4 days of anaerobic fermentation followed by a careful drying process of 18 days, which further brings out the flavors of Ethiopia's production area, such as berries and blood organs. It is a cup that you can enjoy the change in taste depending on the temperature zone. It's a coffee that has a solid flavor, but you won't get tired of drinking it. Please try!
