About This Coffee

Firenze is a smooth, delicate, and balanced blend, showing the sweet flavor of the Central American Arabica and the intense chocolate notes of the Asian Robusta. We designed this blend for those who appreciate complex and full-bodied coffee. Roasting is the most delicate stage in coffee production. To obtain a perfect balance between aroma and intensity of taste, the beans must reach a perfect level of shearing taking into account that they are all different from each other in shape and size. This is possible thanks to slow roasting, a traditional method, different from industrial processes which allows for uniform cooking.
