About This Coffee

Iron Lion is our unwashed community farm from Sidama Bensa. This coffee originated from a collaboration with Daye Bensa Coffee. Two Ethiopian brothers who started their own plantations. The coffee, which was created in collaboration with The Coffee Quest, bridges the gap between the special fruity coffee from Ethiopia and a delicious creamy chocolate aroma. The lack of natural resources creates a lack of chemical fertilizers. As a result, the farmers have switched to organic alternatives with which top quality can still be achieved. In 2020, the farm received a certificate for working completely organically.
