About This Coffee

Peru stunner #2 of the season arrives with another superbly complex profile. This lot contains multitudes, from a bracingly citric acidity (the bitterness of grapefruit or yuzu is apt), to sublimely layered floral notes of osmanthus, jasmine, honeysuckle, and others. This is a bit more challenging of a cup compared to last month's Peru, and just as superlative. We carefully choose our coffees and roast them with the intent of bringing out the best of their inherent flavors. We work with others who share our high regard for coffee, and strive to make meaningful impacts with our part in the story of coffee.
