About This Coffee

Ombligon is a rare Arabica varietal native to Huila, Colombia. Its name comes from the Spanish word “ombligo” (belly button), inspired by the bean’s distinctive shape. While its exact origins are unknown, it’s believed to be a natural mutation—possibly related to Ethiopian heirloom varieties. What makes Ombligon truly special is its vibrant flavor profile: expect intense red fruit notes—like cherry cola, raspberry, and dark chocolate—balanced by a silky body and bright, juicy acidity.
