The fine balance between the variety of aromas of the organic Arabica beans and the classic chocolate-woody notes of high-quality Robusta beans makes our Il Gusto espresso blend a real classic. The Bio-Robusta comes from Biowin Agro Research, the export company of the Indian NGO Wayanad Social Service Society (WSSS). Of the approximately 18,000 coffee farmers who supply their green coffee to Biowin, 6,000 already grow their coffee purely organically - the others are in the process of conversion and are supported by WSSS with training and advice. In the cup: Our Il Gusto espresso blend develops classic aromas of cocoa nibs and dried fruit in the main note, followed by a pleasant taste of cedar wood. In the finish, long-lasting aromas of dark chocolate and sour cherries remain.
