100% Salvadorian, single point of origin coffee from the south micro lot facing the Pacific Ocean. The beans were roasted carefully with a quick finish allowing all the flavors of the farm to be brought out with low to no acidity. The nutty, chocolate and floral aroma lead to a citrusy lemon and nutty flavor with a thin body and balanced sweetness capped off with a chocolate finish.
