About This Coffee

This coffee represents the best of the 2020 harvest from three smallholder cooperatives in the rugged Sierra Mixteca of Oaxaca we have been working with intensively over the past four seasons: Yucuhiti, Tee Nenuu, and Pequeños Productores Mixtecos. Their coffees were sorted and selected for us by Cepco, a smallholder cooperative union we have worked with since 2002. This coffee is our favorite to date in our ongoing collaboration to improve quality.
