This Sulawesi Toraja Sapan Minaga coffee, produced on the slopes of Southern Sulawesi, is grown at some of the highest elevations in Indonesia. The beans are wet hulled and semi-washed through a process called Giling Basah, giving them a unique bluish color and a hallmark Indonesian profile. Complex and resinous, this roast is bound to ease your transition into Winter.
