About This Coffee

This certified organic coffee is the result of Smallholder farmers hand-picking ripe cherries. Harvesting coffee entails multiple pickings throughout the season and carrying multiple heavy bags to the washing stations. Outgrowers bring their yield to the washing station after every picking. This coffee has tangy acidity, sticky sweetness, and a garnish of florals.
