About This Coffee

Ceremony Annuals is a colorful, seasonal series blended with your favorite brew methods in mind. Two fresh-crop coffees are roasted to the light side of medium and intentionally blended to create dialed-in extractions from Auto-Dripper to Espresso. With notes of apple and baking spices Fall 2020 is the ideal brew to enjoy as the weather begins to cool or as you ponder where summer went. We endeavor to build an Annuals Fall blend that captures the color of in-season coffees, which are naturally full, warming and vibrant. With crisp mornings and radiant foliage in mind the maple and raisin notes of the Uganda combined a super-sweet, smooth Guatemala Huehuetenango make a perfect pairing.
