About This Coffee

Los Guacharos is an association made up of many small farmers who all work together to achieve a common goal — producing amazing coffee while developing an eco-friendly independence. This reserve lot comes from a selection of farmer-members which make up the Aso-Guacharos group: Albeiro Calambas, Rubio Bolaños, Polo Calderón, Ines Perafan and Edilma Piedrahita. It is our eighth year offering Los Guacharos in our lineup and the second offering of a pink bourbon community lot. The coffee is 100% Pink Bourbon variety.
