About This Coffee

This is an ultra sweet experience with a creamy texture and a long hanging finish. Notes are intense and layered and include baked peach, candied berries, sweet cream, banana, floral and finishes with very mild acidity. This coffee brews true in all formats from drip/pour over that highlights its sweet florals, direct immersion (french press/siphon pot) if you want to accentuate the creamy texture, and espresso that pushes sweet fruits to the front of the line.
