About This Coffee

This coffee comes to us from the Goji area, which is near the Yirgacheffe region, with which you share more features in coffee than ever before ,Goji receives a double type of rain and is known as Ghana's long rains (from mid-February to mid-May) and Hajaya Al-Qusayr rain (from September to November) with small and accurate rain showers in June known locally In the name of Soro, the rainy season is the basis for a wide range of agricultural production in the region. As for the treatment of that coffee, it is a stainless steel fermentation tank, and it is more complicated than the plastic tank that is usually used in anaerobic fermentation, and the steel tank is considered less polluted
