A fruity and lively profile that remains approachable. A beautiful introduction for those who wish to venture into more unique coffees without taking risks. You'll taste fruity notes of Concord grape and red apple, with a sweet finish and a hint of nougat. A coffee resulting from a recurring relationship with a producer from the village of Santa Ana. Brayan's coffee is perfect for venturing into the fruity and lively category while maintaining a familiar touch of classic coffee. At only 30 years old, Brayan Meneses is part of the new generation of coffee farmers, yet he is not lacking in expertise. Immersed in the world of coffee farming since a young age, he learned everything from his grandfather while lending a helping hand on the family plantation. In addition to his practical knowledge, Brayan also holds a degree as a computer technician and is on track to obtain a second degree in agronomy. With this higher education background, he is able to view the industry from a more modern perspective. Brayan quickly recognized the need to transition from a more traditional model to one focused on quality. For the past 5 years, he has been applying his knowledge to improve his production at every level each year. Since making this shift, he has been submitting his coffees to several regional competitions where his lots consistently stand out among the top 10.
