About This Coffee

This farm is run by Leo and Monica in the Loja area of Ecuador. Here they produce great varieties and have been awarded in the top 10 Cup Of Excellence. This coffee is a great example of terroir and processing: Catucai variety (cross between Icatù and Catuai) proccesed as honey. Fermented in cherry first then in parchment for a total of 8 days. In the cup we think it tastes like peach, mandarin and lemongrass.
