This coffee is processed using the honey method, which (actually checks notes this time) originated in Costa Rica before gaining popularity among other Central and South American coffee producers. The aromatics are savory with notes of hazelnut, almond, broth, and orange zest. The cup is sweet and mild with lovely notes of orange, marzipan, nectarine, and black tea.
