About This Coffee

Cherries harvested with the reference brix degrees of each fruit. Washing and manual selection before starting to dry in small African beds with 50% shade mesh. This allowed slow, controlled, batch drying; very productive fermentation. Complex cup, clean and differed flavors of red fruits, currant and muscatel grape. The body is coarse and smooth, a totally specialty coffee.
