About This Coffee

This coffee is the result of the effort and dedication of the Rodriguez family from Finca Betania in Palestina, Colombia. It is a Gesha coffee grown at 1800 masl using biological methods, selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness, sorted, floated, fermented in cherry for 24 hours, pulped, fermented under water for 48 hours, and dried as a honey under partial shade. The coffee presents notes of jasmine, orange blossom, and pomegranate with a blood orange and brown sugar sweetness. It is roasted light to highlight its florality and brightness while also bringing out fruited character. This Gesha coffee is a reflection of the quality and passion of the Rodriguez family.
