A perfect blend for warm weather. Growing up in the ‘Burgh, one of the surest signs of warm weather was the Spring “Flower Show” at Phipps Conservatory. Or more accurately the “Flauher Show” as we yinzers pronounce it. This year, we wanted to design a blend that is perfect for warm weather—something light and crisp—yet big on flavor. This coffee is a combination of two different Ethiopian coffees, one naturally processed, one washed. The washed coffee brings delicate floral notes and a brightness that shines—the natural brings a sweetness and citric quality that leaves you thirsty for more. The combination is juicy, crisp, bright and nuanced. Easily crushable, this coffee will put the bounce back in your step. Welcome to the Flower Show.
