About This Coffee

Our Brazil Yellow Catuai reminds us of making cocktails with your friends. This is pagodão, the Brazilian music style that blends samba, folk music, and jazz. Our first natural anaerobic process coffee that showcases tasting notes that remind of a cocktail that's muddled blueberries, maple syrup, carbonated soda with a thyme garnish. We think this is a good, classic representation of the process style that brings forth fermented and dry fruit elements that give you a rich caramelized sweetness. How to enjoy it best? We think it's bacana (awesome) in any style you want to play with it in. In our shop we'll be featuring on espresso and pour over, but have fun in the way you like it. Our only demand is that you drink it and share with friends. This coffee will remain special to us because its the first coffee selected by our Coffee Director, Selah Hennesy. Please note: Coffees are roasted every Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday. Orders received after Monday at 12pm will be roasted and shipped the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
