Stitch Coffee
Sydney NSW, Australia
An exclusive sip made possible by the Rungeto Cooperative Society, whose 850-strong members work together to educate regional small-scale farmers on crop husbandry alongside producing delicious coffees. This particular lot comes from Karimikui washing station in Embu, where the cherries are washed with fresh water from the Nyamindi River and sundried on raised beds to achieve optimal flavour development. As a result, the delicious cup carries characteristically Kenyan notes of panela sugar, sweet strawberry, and blackcurrant.
