Exotic scent and elegant bitterness, Koku. The spicy flavor also creates a unique presence. If you taste this, you may not be able to return to other mandelins. Mandelin is an Arabica coffee bean grown on Sumatra. In the old days, when the coffee tree's natural enemies 『 rust disease 』 were in a catastrophic crisis, they were named after the Mandelins who cultivated the surviving Arabica species. Arabica coffee beans, which are mainly grown in North Sumatra, are commonly called mandelins, so they are also covered by mixed varieties, and the taste is also large differences depending on the plantation and region. Bintan Lima is a carefully selected gem of only Arabica beans and the two largest tippic beans. Due to the limited area of Lynton 2/Fa and Palanginan in northern Sumatra, the collection of coffee cherries by small farmers who carry out the quality of coffee cherries is also a stable raw material with less quality variation. Unlike normal mandelins, it is shipped from the production area in a perchment state to prevent quality degradation, and the next day the raw materials are transported to the shipper. Mandelin features a unique scent and a slightly foxy acidity when stored shallowly, but when decocted, an overwhelming cork appears, leaving a distinctive exotic personality. A tender bitterness that is softer than regular mandelins is a benefit of the Tipica species. The polar ⁇ acidity hidden in the fragrance creates a tropical nature that seems to be a southern country. The grade is notation of G1  Grade One , but since there are more stringent evaluation criteria, there are few defective beans.
