About This Coffee

This lot consists of small Kurume cherries, a regional Ethiopian Landrace subvariety, grown at high altitude in Yirgacheffe and sun-dried at the Gutiti Washing Station for 14-20 days. We tasted an expressive cup of fresh blueberries and sweet cream, with deep floral undertones. You can expect the flavors to peak around 2-4 weeks post-roast. šŸŒ Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia šŸŒž Process: Natural šŸ”¬ Variety: Kurume ā›°ļø Elevation: 2,200 MASL šŸ”„ Roast: Light āš–ļø Bag Size: 8 oz About Little Wolf Coffee Roasters: Little Wolf began roasting in 2016 in the small town of Ipswich, MA, naming their business after their Siberian Husky. They operate on a philosophy of high quality sourcing, careful roasting, and the belief that a cup of coffee is only as good as the company you share it with.
