About This Coffee

From producer Uber Quintero, this microlot from his farm, El Danubio, consists solely of the yellow typica varietal. First harvested at peak ripeness, the coffee cherries are then placed in grainpro bags flushed with carbon dioxide to ferment, before the entire cherry is left out in the sun to dry. This lot boasts a balanced profile with a crisp acidity reminiscent of white grapes, coupled with a rounded and sweet brown sugar finish.
