The Sagastume family lives in the small community of El Sauce along the northeastern base of the Santa Bárbara Mountain. Seven family farms are owned and managed by second generation grower, Pedro, and his adult children Heyvis, Yeltsin, Yerin and Yedin. By taking meticulous care of their organic farms and their wet milling operation, the Sagastumes create individual farm profiles in addition to this larger family blend, winning the admiration of coffee roasters around the world. They have sold certified coffee as part of the Cielito Lindo coffee cooperative since 2012.
