About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is grown at El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima Colombia by the Bayter family. Beans from this microlot are processed on site using a natural anaerobic process. We roast Agave Sunrise light to preserve its unique fruity characteristics!
