The Wittmann coffee house blend combines the best Arabicas from three special growing regions in Latin America - specifically Brazil, Honduras and Colombia . Brazilian Arabica beans come from the Cerrado region, renowned among coffee connoisseurs for their consistently high consistency in terms of qualityis known. Thanks to the stable and predictable climate, reliable coffee can be grown there on an area of more than 140,000 hectares and by around 3,600 producers, most of whom are organized in cooperatives. Honduran Arabicas come from the west coast of the country and come from the productions of 252 farmers in the sub-regions of El Paraiso, Santa Barbara, Lempira, Copan and Ocotepeque. The Colombian part comes from exactly one farm, the Finca La Costa in the southwest of Antioquia near Concordia. Opposite the steep gorge of the Cauca River, the coffee plants enjoy optimum growth conditions at 1900 meters above sea level , with a slight vaporization of the river water and rich soil.
